Delete my number because I'm going to miss you. Because you're gonna pop into my mind on a rainy Sunday evening when a whiff of your old cologne catches me off guard- lingering in the corridors like an unwanted guest who was never invited to stay.

Because I'm gonna call you to push and follow on the dreams you had. Because I'm gonna call you when I finally get the job you always said I shouldn't give up on,or when I get to places we always wanted to go together and don't know who to text the eager pictures to.

Because I'm gonna want to call you when I'm bothered in traffic on a tad-ofc civilization city and  wish it were still you I was on my way home to
